• Minimum regional revenue threshold (defined annually)
Leadership Evaluation
• Demonstrated mentorship of recruited marketers
• Territory stability & retention rate above 80%
• No unresolved contractor disputes
• Approved by current Regional Marketer (if applicable)
• Final approval by Executive Chief
Promotion is not automatic. It is performance-reviewed.
🔹 REGIONAL → EXECUTIVE ELIGIBILITY
This is not volume-based only. It is structural-based.

• Active Regional Marketer minimum 12 months
• Oversees minimum 3 functioning territories
• Minimum 75 active contractor members across region
• Minimum 8 active Local Marketers
• Proven regional retention rate above 85%
• No compliance flags
Executive Qualification Criteria

• Proven scalability strategy execution
• National expansion plan submission
• Executive review board approval
Executive status is appointment-based, not self-earned.

• Minimum 2 Local Marketer strategy calls per month
• Territory vacancy review

• Add minimum 1 new territory

III. PERFORMANCE PROBATION STRUCTURE

Level 1 – Performance Warning
Triggered by:
• KPI shortfall 30+ days
• Missed reporting
• Minor compliance issue

Level 2 – Probation
