This role is strategic — not operational at the local level.
Core Responsibilities
• Establish national growth strategy

• Ensure commission structure integrity
• Monitor network-wide performance metrics
• Develop executive partnerships
• Maintain brand positioning & authority standards
• Oversee dispute resolution at regional level
Performance Expectations
• Sustainable national contractor growth
• Regional leadership development
• Revenue optimization across all tiers
• Structural compliance adherence
• Long-term scalability planning
Authority & Oversight
• Final authority on territory approvals
• Approves Regional Marketer appointments
• Authority to revoke marketing positions
• Oversees compensation governance
Compensation Alignment
• 1% override on all network sales
Purpose: Incentivizes long-term structural health, not just personal sales.

2️⃣ REGIONAL MARKETER
(Multi-Territory Leadership Level)
Role Overview
The Regional Marketer leads expansion within assigned counties, cities, or states and manages Local Marketers operating within their jurisdiction.
This is both strategic and supervisory.
Core Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard Local Marketers
• Expand contractor acquisition across region
• Support Local sales performance
• Conduct regional performance reviews
• Enforce brand and compliance standards
• Coordinate regional marketing campaigns
• Identify territory vacancies
Performance Expectations
• Regional contractor growth targets
• Local marketer development
• Sales performance accountability
• Compliance reporting to Executive Chief
Authority & Oversight
• Supervises Local Marketers
• Recommends territory promotions
• Reports directly to Executive Chief
• May request territory restructuring
Compensation Alignment
• $250 flat per contractor signup
• 1% commission on regional contractor network sales
• 0.05% override on marketer-generated sales within region
Purpose: Encourages leadership development and regional scaling.
3️⃣ LOCAL MARKETER
(Territory Execution Level)
Role Overview
The Local Marketer is responsible for direct contractor acquisition and local territory market penetration.
This is execution-focused.
Core Responsibilities
• Recruit contractors within assigned territory
• Present membership tiers (Exclusive / Elite Verified)
• Maintain contractor relationships
• Support contractor onboarding process
• Identify potential Local Marketer recruits
• Protect territory integrity
Performance Expectations
• Territory contractor growth
• Membership retention support
• Accurate reporting of sales
• Brand representation compliance
Authority & Oversight
• Operates within assigned territory
• Reports to Regional Marketer
• No authority outside assigned territory
• Eligible for regional promotion based on performance
Compensation Alignment
• $150 flat rate per contractor signup
• 1% commission on contractor network sales generated in territory
• 0.05% override on sales generated by recruited Local Marketers
Purpose: Incentivizes both direct sales and leadership development.
